Expectations

To help us maintain smooth scheduling for all clients:

  • When rescheduling, please offer one or more alternative dates.
  • Please provide 24–48 hours’ notice for any cancellation to avoid penalties.
  • Late cancellations may incur a $50 rebooking fee.

Bookings

  • All bookings are system generated and include SMS and email confirmations.
  • Once confirmed, you may accept, cancel, or reschedule your appointment directly through the link provided.
  • Automated reminders will be sent prior to your appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 rebooking fee.
We do not accept no-shows or no-contact.

Repeated failure to communicate may result in future bookings being declined.

Communication & Courtesy

We prioritise clear, respectful communication and will notify you of any updates that may affect your appointment.

We ask that customers maintain the same courtesy.

Non-responses regarding bookings, cancellations, or quotations may result in the customer relationship being discontinued by Dark Side of the Film.
